Course Length: 5 days.
Overview This course is designed to enable students to perform common administrative tasks using NetWare 6.5. Participants will learn how to install NetWare 6.5 and perform tasks often required of employees who provide “front line" support for a NetWare 6.5 installation and/or serve as an entry-level administrator of a small to medium-sized network, set up and manage user objects in Novell's eDirectory, manage storage and file services, implement file and eDirectory rights, manage print services, set up the Virtual Office in NetWare 6.5 and manage and remotely manage the NetWare 6.5 server.
Audience This course is designed for those with no experience, or up to one year of entry-level network administration experience, or have completed the study and/or certification requirements for this course, or intentions to achieve Novell's Certified Novell Administrator certification.

Prerequisites This course is for students who have completed CompTIA's A+ certification, CompTIA's Network+ certification, or (3003) Fundamentals of Networking. |
