Overview
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to upgrade their SQL Server 2005 skills to SQL Server 2008. Students will learn to describe the new features of SQL Server 2008 as well as manage and optimise SQL Server 2008. Students will be able to develop and secure a SQL Server 2008 database. Furthermore, students will be skilled in creating and maintaining highly available SQL Server 2008 databases and creating and using a SQL Server 2008 data warehouse. Finally, students will be capable of using SQL Server 2008 Reporting and Analysis Services.
