CANAC: Implementing Cisco NAC Appliance |

Course Length: 3 days.
Overview This course provides students with an understanding of how the NAC Appliance (Cisco Clean Access) network admission control solution can recognise users, their devices and roles, evaluates the security posture of the endpoint, scans for vulnerabilities and enforces policies in the network. Furthermore, this course teaches students about how the NAC Appliance (Cisco Clean Access) solution allows administrators to authenticate, authorise, interrogate and remediate users and their machines prior to allowing users onto the network.
Audience This course is intended for Network Administrators responsible for user management and network security.

Prerequisites Before attending this course, students should have basic knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system and a familiarity with networking and security terminology and concepts. Students should also have a fundamental knowledge of implementing network security and should have completed their CCSP® certification or equivalent knowledge. Furthermore, students need to have completed Cisco course BCMSN or have working knowledge of VLANs; SNRS or have a working knowledge of digital certificates and completed BSCI or have working knowledge of HSRP.
